Sabra is the Director of Community Health at the University of Maryland Capital Region Health, has several years of experience in healthcare and specifically in community health/benefits. Before working for UM Capital Region, Sabra was employed with Doctors Community Hospital, where she worked in Community Relations/Volunteer Services. Previously, she worked for Abt Associates, a Public Health research and technical evaluation consulting firm.

Sabra has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Community Health from George Mason University and Masters of Science Degree in Healthcare Administration from the University of Maryland University College.

Sabra is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) and is currently earning her Fellow ACHE certification. In addition, she is a Prince George’s Healthcare Action Coalition member and just recently joined the Greater Washington Community Foundation’s Emerging Leaders Impact Fund.
