A First-of-its-Kind Crisis Care Facility in Prince George's County

The Dyer Care Center (DCC) is a 24/7/365 facility always open to walk-ins in Prince George’s County, MD; offering short-term (up to 23 hours), personalized emergency crisis services for residents facing mental health and/or substance use challenges.

The DCC creates healthier, safer communities by providing critical, often lifesaving care to residents in crisis. The center operates under the four core principles of RI International:

  • Rapid Engagement
  • General Guest Admission
  • Performance Outcomes
